Two (2) Passport Sized Photographs
Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
Valid Identification e.g. Driver’s License, Voters ID and Passport
List of assets that may be used to secure the loan
Two (2) Character Reference Letters (letters of recommendation which speak to the applicants personal and business background, character and community involvement).
Proof of Address (Utility Bills and rent or mortgage payment receipts for the last six (6) months)
