Required documentation: completed application form, completed investment plan if applying online, audited financial statements for the past three years prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards along with interim accounts for existing businesses, opening Balance Sheet for new businesses, Cash Flow Projections for the life of the loan along with supporting assumptions ( certified copy of Articles of Incorporation or Memorandum and Articles of Association), Copy of Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Change of Name where applicable, completed Borrowing Resolution, List of Company Officers and Directors and specimen signatures of authorized signors of Company, Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, Detailed descriptions of securities being pledged, a copy of registered Certificate of Title is to be submitted where applicable ( motor vehicles are not accepted as loan security), Valuation Report (not older than 1 year) on machinery, equipment and real estate being pledged as security, Bank Report(s), Two copies of certified identification one of which must be a photograph (examples of photo IDs: passport, driver's license, voter registration identification card; examples of non-photograhic ID: debit card, credit card, employee ID).
For privately owned companies, this is required for all shareholders whose shareholding exceed 25%, all directors and all signing officers. For sole traders: one the IDs submitted may be a birth certificate, employee card and TRN card. Proforma invoice/ Commercial Invoice/Purchase order for items being purchased, Trade/credit references, evidence of Fire and Allie Peril Insurance for the full replacement value of the assets being pledged, export order/local order/letter of intent.
Where applicable: pre-feasibilty study/report on feasibility of the project, registrar of shareholders, Company's Annual Report, relevant approval from NEPA, Town Planning Department and other agencies, Certification under the modernization of Industry Programme administered by JTI (applicable to manufacturers accessing medium term facilities), Certification under the Hotel Incentive Act (Hoteliers), Evidence of Contracts.
